37.5h Advanced Aerial Yoga (Yin)
AERIAL YOGA Yin Basic is a very meditative form of AERIAL YOGA and directs your gaze inwards.
Long stretches without muscle tension make our connective, fascia and ligament tissue flexible and strong, mobilise our joints and calm the nervous system. The exercises reduce stress and regenerate.
You will get to know the 8 muscle groups around the hip. A small introduction to the individual bone structure shows you that every person is unique.
