Down-regulate stress, activate the parasympathetic system, rebuild resilience.

Science meets tradition

Key Learnings from the Training

Yin Principles, Made Practical

Time, stillness, edges; stress vs stretch; finding the appropriate edge for different bodies.

Nervous-System Literacy (Polyvagal)

Spot fight/flight/freeze; cue parasympathetic recovery with breath, pacing, and safe holds.

Functional Anatomy & Fascia

Understand skeletal variation and fascia’s role; adapt shapes so each student’s “final posture” is uniquely right.

Hatha & Rāja Yoga Lens (Ida Yoga)

Work with prāṇa, chakras, and meditative stillness to clear blocks and let energy flow.

Sequencing & Methodology

Design clear, seasonally aware Yin sequences; cue with clarity, warmth, inclusive language.

Props & Safe Adjustments

Bolsters, blankets, blocks; set-ups that foster security and sustainable release.

  • Spaces are limited. Begin your journey with Ida Yoga — and learn to balance body, mind, and nervous system.
