Anna Sullivan
Anna's yoga path started in 2010 when she attended her first Vinyasa class in Virginia, USA. Sweaty, sore and totally in love with the practice, she drove home to tell her family, friends, everyone she knew that she had found 'it'. That indescribable thing that made her heart sing and lit a fire in her soul.
So began her life-long journey of self-discovery through the practices of yoga. The practices which have carried her and provided anchoring through monumental life changes, brought and end to her anxiety/depression disorder and filled her life with meaning, unconditional love and the space to let things be and surrender to the Divine. Anna believes that we all have this hidden potential within us that is always nudging us to reveal it and let it shine. When we listen to that inner voice that is pointing us in the direction of our higher selves, things begin to flow. The discomfort we feel from within starts to subside. We feel ourselves stepping onto the path that was somehow made just for us. Anna is a passionate yoga teacher and facilitator. Her teaching style is Hatha Yoga by training with a spice of Vinyasa from her years of experience on the mat. She is inspired by nature, the seasons, her teachers and the way that every day life can teach us new and unexpected lessons each day.

Believing that practicing Yoga is not about how deep you can go into the postures & which modification you choose, but it’s more about what you learn about yourself. Her classes are open to all levels, Hatha based & depending on the daily needs.
